Submittable surveyed over 600 of our customers, across industries and use cases, to learn more about their experience on our platform. Here’s what we heard.

Here at Submittable, we strive to build a simple, powerful solution that makes our customers’ lives easier. Feedback from our customers is a crucial part of this effort: hearing their experiences helps us learn where we’ve succeeded and where we can improve with our existing platform, as well as helps provide guidance as we plan out new features that we hope will bring even more value in the near future. 

We were thrilled at the strong response to our most recent customer survey, in terms of both the volume of participation and the thoughtfulness of the feedback we received. It was a pleasure to pass along lots of great ideas to our product team—we love solving our customers’ problems. 

We heard an awful lot about what has been working, too, such as that Submittable saves customers an average of 12 hours per week, and that 99% of customers are happy with their overall experience on the platform. Here are some more of the highlights.  

Life Before Submittable

We asked about the kinds of challenges our customers were facing before Submittable.
